A PODFIT Exercise And Table Tennis Learning
Program on the Horizon
As a second phase of the SIR Fitness 2026 concept, the warmup portion of each PingPod session can be built around custom-written music with specialized custom lyrics, rhythm, and movement cues designed specifically for table tennis fitness.
This is already being developed and tested through SIR Fitness 2026, where music is not just background sound, but part of the training method. The lyrics can guide students through warmup movements, shadow strokes, footwork patterns, forehand and backhand timing, balance, breathing, rhythm, and confidence before they begin live coaching or PongBot robot practice.
This gives the New PODFIT program a stronger identity. Instead of students simply stretching or casually warming up, they enter the session with energy, structure, and purpose. The music creates excitement, helps beginners understand movement naturally, and gives seniors a safer, more enjoyable way to loosen up while staying mentally and physically engaged.
For PingPod, this adds another visual and memorable layer to the program. A class warming up together to original PODFIT and SIR Fitness music becomes social-media friendly, brandable, repeatable, and fun to watch. It can help create a recognizable PingPod fitness experience that separates the program from ordinary lessons, ordinary robot practice, and ordinary gym-style exercise.
The warmup music can also become part of the take-home practice system. Students can use the same song at home to shadow practice the movements they learned, helping them stay connected to PingPod between sessions and encouraging them to return for continued improvement.
This Phase 2 warmup turns the New PODFIT program into more than a lesson. It becomes a full fitness experience: music, movement, coaching, PongBot training, video feedback, and take-home practice all working together under the SIR Fitness 2026 concept.
Phase 1 teaches and records the student.
Phase 2 energizes the student before the lesson even begins.
