PART 1: FULL COACH MANUAL
SIR FITNESS 2026 – PINGPOD COACH DELIVERY GUIDE
Program Philosophy
This program is built on one principle:
Skill is developed over time through structured repetition, not in a single session.
Session One introduces movement.
Progress happens through:
- At-home repetition using SIR
- Guided refinement at PingPod
- Consistent reinforcement with the NOVA S Pro Table Tennis Robot
Coaches must emphasize:
- Comfort over performance
- Progress over perfection
- Confidence over speed
Session One Objective
The goal of Session One is:
- Introduce correct forehand and backhand movement
- Establish rhythm and coordination
- Record a personalized take-home training session
- Build confidence and remove intimidation
Important:
Students are not expected to master strokes in Session One.
