Story Behind SIR Fitness 2026

The Smart Innovative Racquet turns table tennis movement into lifelong fitness.
A patented, ping pong shaped racquet cover that securely holds a smartphone and transforms natural table tennis movements into a rhythmic, repeatable, full body fitness system for ages 8 to 98.

The Story Behind the Invention

This invention did not come from a brainstorm or a spreadsheet. It came from a lifetime.

At eight years old, I stood on a balcony in Budapest with my five year old sister Andrea,
witnessing the beginning of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. My grandmother sensed danger
and pulled us inside. Soon after, tanks filled the streets and my family fled Hungary,
rebuilding our lives from nothing. This story is outlined in my book.

That experience taught me resilience, rhythm, and movement. You do not freeze. You adapt.

Table tennis became a constant in my life. My father carried that same spirit. In his sixties,
he organized and won a Battle of the Sexes table tennis match at the World Trade Center,
defeating one of the top women players in the United States. That moment proved that this sport
keeps people strong, sharp, and alive well beyond what society expects.

From Legacy to Patent

Inspired by table tennis legend Marty Reisman, whose life is now portrayed in the film
Marty Supreme, I began asking a serious question.

Why is one of the healthiest movement systems on earth locked behind a table and two players?
Why is it not accessible to everyone, everywhere, at any age?

In 2016, I patented the Progressive Weighted Aerobic Ping Pong Exercise Racquet and formed
The Aerobic Sports Dance and Music Exercises Group LLC. This was not a hobby.
It was the foundation of a system.

What Is SIR Fitness 26

SIR Fitness 26 is not about playing table tennis. It is about learning the movements of table tennis and transforming them into progressive aerobic exercise, guided by rhythm and powered by your favorite music.

  • No table required
  • No ball required
  • No partner required
  • Shadow swings, balance, coordination, and cardio
  • Music driven rhythm and repetition
  • Smartphone motion tracking and video feedback

The smartphone, already in everyone’s pocket, becomes the brain, the camera,
and the sensor system. I did not invent the phone. I gave it a body, a purpose,
and a future in lifelong fitness.
