SIR Fitness 2026 – Session One Coaching Demo

Goal: Show how coaches introduce forehand and backhand movement, build rhythm,
record the training session, and prepare students for at-home practice.


Important: Session One creates a beginner foundation. Students are not expected to master strokes in one session.

Arrival & Setup

Filming note:
Wide shot of the full setup. Capture SIR, tripod, robot, and coach preparing the space.

Coach Explains the Objective

Filming note:
Medium shot. Coach explains that Session One introduces correct forehand and backhand movement and builds confidence.

Forehand Demonstration

Filming note:
Record the coach demonstrating forehand with brief explanation of body position, swing path, timing, and balance.

Backhand Demonstration

Filming note:
Record the backhand demonstration with clear form and simple explanation.

Student Shadow Swings

Filming note:
Capture the student copying the motion slowly. Show repetition and beginner learning.

Coach Corrections

Filming note:
Close and medium shots. Show correction of posture, timing, and structure until movement resembles correct form.

Rhythm Training With Music

Record the student moving to the beat. Focus on rhythm, breathing, flow, and consistency.

Filming note:
Capture coach demonstration and student execution. This recorded video becomes the student's take-home training guide for daily practice.
