How Joining SIR Team Training Works
You don’t need to change your whole life to start. You just need to commit to a few
sessions per week and follow a clear, traditional path of practice and repetition.
Contact & Intake
Reach out with your age, current activity level, and whether you have a table at home
or will start with pure home routines.
Choose Your Track
Decide between home-based sessions only, table-based training, or a mix. The routine
is adjusted to your reality, not the other way around.
Start Your Weekly Rhythm
You build a weekly rhythm: same days, same time, same structure. Over weeks, the

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some straight answers to the most common questions.
Do I need a table to start?
No. You can begin entirely at home with shadow swings, footwork, and rhythm work.
A table can come later, once you feel ready.
What if I have knee or back issues?
Movements are low-impact and can be adapted. You stay within your safe range, and
the focus is on controlled, rhythmic motions, not jumping.
Is this only for “fit” people?
No. SIR Team Training is designed to meet you where you are. The goal is steady,
progressive improvement, not punishment.
